Public Participation - Public Involvement- Citizen Engagement - Community Engagement – Outreach, all these words speak to one thing: A Planned Process of engaging those who are interested and affected in an issue to help influence the outcomes, the decision making.

People have a right to be involved in issues that affect them, their homes, jobs, health, livelihood and quality of life. We will work closely with you to determine the need for a public involvement process and plan. Together we will create a process that addresses stakeholder needs and priorities in a meaningful way. Decisions are improved by engaging the community, the interested and the affected. Involving the right stakeholders will encourage and support better decision making.

Collaboratively we can identify who wants and needs to be involved in that decision? What can they contribute? Who needs to be here to solve this? How do I involve them appropriately? How can we engage them?

Public Participation Plans (P2 Plans) will layout your road map for your project right from establishing the need to consult to the post project evaluations. We can help you do that. P2 Facilitators will prepare a comprehensive document for you. Together we can Plan the Process.
